This role identifies and works with internal and external candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview setup, offers, negotiations, and closing. The Senior Recruiter acts as a subject matter expert by staying current with recruiting best practices, changing trends, and strategic sourcing methodologies.\nAbout the role\nFull lifecycle recruitment for external candidates with a focus on strategic hiring for high impact G&A roles.\nEngages with candidates as single point of contact and screens candidates for full understanding of availability, interest levels, salary range, relocation needs, visa status and basic qualifications.\nAssists leadership in developing high level strategy that contributes to meeting company-wide hiring goals.\nManages stakeholder expectations by presenting data the helps demonstrate a deep understanding of the available talent pool for hard to fill positions.\nEvaluates employment factors such as job experience, education, skills, training, fit with organization, and future potential.\nBuilds and maintains a strong recruiting funnel by proactively identifying and building relationships with hard-to-find talent.\nProvides candidates with information regarding company culture, compensation, benefits, policies and procedures.\nBuilds strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure hiring requirements are understood, anticipated and met.\nEnsures compliance with established procedures and applicable laws.\nProvides regular reports on the status of positions and presents data and solutions, as needed.\nEffectively handles challenging and sensitive personnel situations, while maintaining confidentiality and exhibiting sound logic and judgment.\nSkills & experience\n5+ years of experience working as a Full Lifecycle Recruiter\nDemonstrated ability to proactively identify and hire top talent\nExperience developing recruiting strategies that have contributed to the achievement of companywide hiring goals\nTechnical acumen including familiarity with commonly used programming languages, systems architecture, IT networking and commonly used hardware and software tools\nExperience working cross-functionally with various teams such as Legal, HR, Compensation, Operations, etc.\nStrong organizational skills, detail oriented and committed to continuous improvement\nProven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced tech organizations.\nConfidence using applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse) and translating data into action.\nSkilled at balancing strategic hiring goals with an excellent candidate experience.\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide and influence with care.\nPassion for building diverse teams and fostering equity through every stage of the hiring process.\nHave we piqued your curiosity?\nSound like the role for you?
