As a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll be a strategic, hands-on marketer who balances ownership, execution, and collaboration. You'll independently drive complex lifecycle programs while partnering with cross-functional teams to support broader business goals.\nThis individual contributor role owns end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across core workstreams and sits at the center of Marketing, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Technology, Sales, Onboarding, and Creative. You'll bring a strong B2B lifecycle foundation, a test-and-learn mindset, and the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.\nOwn the strategy, execution, and optimization of B2B lifecycle communications across email, in-product messaging, SMS, and select web channels\nDevelop personalized and segmented campaigns that support acquisition, engagement, upsell, retention, and expansion\nLead campaign planning, stakeholder alignment, content deployment, experimentation, reporting, and continuous optimization\nPartner with Sales and Onboarding to strengthen customer engagement, retention, and expansion opportunities\nCollaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Technology, Sales, and Creative to deliver cohesive, customer-centered communications\nManage multiple campaigns and business requests, prioritizing effectively across competing deadlines and ensuring high-quality execution\nDefine and report on lifecycle success metrics, using insights to shape strategy and improve performance\nPartner with Marketing Technology and Operations to strengthen automation capabilities, scalability, and program effectiveness\n The Experience You’ll Bring\n6+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in lifecycle marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company\nExperience managing lifecycle communications across email and in-product channels, with SMS experience as a plus\nProven experience owning end-to-end lifecycle programs, including strategy, campaign planning, creative briefs, segmentation, personalization, calendar management, execution, and optimization\nExperience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools\nExperience with Marketo and/or Pendo is a plus\nStrong analytical skills, including experience designing, executing, and measuring A/B tests\nExcellent project management, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nStrong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to independently deliver high-quality work\nPay Transparency\nIt is the Company's intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.\nThe base salary range for this position in the United States is $$86,475 to $115,300.
