Creative Content Manager [Playmakers]

Job Description

• Lead and supervise the creative and content team, including designers, copywriters, and content creators.
• Lead creative concepts and campaign direction across digital platforms, from big idea to final execution.
• Own both copy and visual direction: write and sharpen key messages, headlines, scripts, and captions, while setting the look and feel of each campaign.
• Develop and execute content strategies across platforms, based on audience needs, behavior, and current trends.
• Translate marketing objectives into creative and content strategies that are engaging and performance-driven.
• Monitor social trends and turn them into relevant content ideas and topics.
• Track and analyze content performance, and use the insights to improve future work.
• Work closely with Account, Media Buying, and KOL teams to keep campaigns and content cohesive.
• Build the team’s culture, workflow, and quality standards from the ground up.
• Review team output and performance regularly, and mentor the team to raise their craft.
• Stay hands-on when needed: write copy, art direct shoots, and support design and content production.
• Present and defend ideas to internal teams and clients, including in pitches.
• Ensure all work follows brand guidelines while pushing for fresh ideas.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of experience in creative or content roles, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment, including at least 1–2 years leading a team.
• Portfolio that shows copywriting, art direction, and social content work, with clear thinking behind it.
• Strong writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English, from punchy headlines to longer scripts.
• Good taste in design, layout, and visual storytelling, with sharp attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
• Comfortable reading content metrics and turning data into creative decisions.
• Able to build client trust and communicate ideas clearly.
• Experience contributing to pitches or new business wins is a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and building processes from scratch.
• Strong ownership, proactive, and willing to contribute beyond core responsibilities.
