team output and performance regularly, and mentor the team to raise their craft.\n\n Stay hands-on when needed: write copy, art direct shoots, and support design and content production.\n\n Present and defend ideas to internal teams and clients, including in pitches.\n\n Ensure all work follows brand guidelines while pushing for fresh ideas.\n\nRequirement\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.\n\n 5–8 years of experience in creative or content roles, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment, including at least 1–2 years leading a team.\n\n Portfolio that shows copywriting, art direction, and social content work, with clear thinking behind it.\n\n Strong writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English, from punchy headlines to longer scripts.\n\n Good taste in design, layout, and visual storytelling, with sharp attention to detail.\n\n Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.\n\n Comfortable reading content metrics and turning data into creative decisions.\n\n Able to build client trust and communicate ideas clearly.\n\n Experience contributing to pitches or new business wins is a plus.\n\n Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and building processes from scratch.\n\n Strong ownership, proactive, and willing to contribute beyond core
