problems into scalable AI solutions.\nBuild production-ready ML pipelines together with engineering teams.\nPartner with Product and Engineering to evaluate business impact.\nMentor junior Data Scientists.\nStay current with advances in AI, Machine Learning, and Decision Science.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n5-8 years of experience in Data Science or Applied Machine Learning.\nStrong product experience in Gaming, Consumer Internet, E-commerce, Marketplace, or Decision Science platforms.\nDemonstrated experience deploying Machine Learning solutions into production.\nStrong understanding of: Statistics, Machine Learning, Bayesian Methods, Experimental Design, Optimisation, Predictive Modelling.\nExperience working with Apache Spark.\nStrong conceptual understanding of Agentic AI, LLM applications, and workflow automation tools such as n8n.\nStrong Python and SQL programming skills.\nExperience working with cloud-based ML environments.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAn avid gamer with a passion for understanding
