ownership of feature development from initial concept to final deployment, ensuring high performance and a polished user experience.\n● Partner daily with Game Designers, Artists, and Product Managers to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.\n● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.\n● Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, implementing robust solutions to ensure a smooth and crash-free experience for our players.\n● Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to help the team iterate faster and more effectively.\n● Mentor and train junior engineers, shaping their career progression and growth.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n● 6+ years of professional experience in mobile application / game development.\n● Strong command on Flutter (Dart), and experience building rich applications or games with it.\n● Good understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including hands-on experience working with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) layers.\n● Proven experience with modern programming languages and a deep understanding of CS Concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOPS.\n● Ability to communicate technical concepts and know-hows to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.\n● A track record of working effectively in agile, multi-disciplinary teams.\n● B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent.\n\nNice to Have\n● Prior experience in the gaming industry, specifically working on casual or puzzle titles.\n● Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks\n● Familiarity of live operations, and A/B
