platforms used within the People function, including HRIS, ATS, learning, benefits, and engagement tools.\nWhat you’ll bring\nKnowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must\n\n3+ years in operational coordination/people operations/business operations / process-heavy environments\n\nStrong operational coordination and process management skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail and execution quality.\n\nAbility to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong ownership mindset and proactive follow-up habits.\n\nSystems and process-thinking mindset.\n\nInterest in automation, AI tooling, operational scalability, and process optimisation.\n\nAbility to simplify operations without losing accuracy or control.\n\nComfortable working in environments where processes are still evolving and being built.\n\nExperience working with operational platforms and systems (HRIS / ATS / LMS / benefits platforms etc., HiBob experience is a strong plus).\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.\n\nUpper-Intermediate English or higher.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nCoordinate onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, compensation changes, probation workflows, and other employee lifecycle processes.\n\nMaintain operational consistency and data accuracy across People systems and platforms.\n\nCoordinate execution between PBPs, managers, Finance, Legal, and Service Desk.\n\nSupport operational ownership and administration of People-related tools together with Service Desk and other stakeholders.\n\nTrack operational deadlines, dependencies, and process gaps.\n\nImprove SOPs, playbooks, templates, and operational documentation.\n\nSupport automation and operational standardisation initiatives.\n\nContribute to the development of an
