We’re also open to strong backend engineers from other ecosystems (e.g., Go, Java, C#, C++) who are ready to ramp up quickly.\n\nStrong understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency patterns.\n\nExperience building distributed systems and working with messaging and coordination tools (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, distributed locks).\n\nExperience with gRPC in production environments.\n\nSolid knowledge of databases: relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL), columnar (ClickHouse), and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB).\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes.\n\nSkilled in building and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests.\n\nProven track record of delivering production-ready solutions.\n\nExperience working with large-scale microservices architectures.\n\nDegree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n\nNice to Have\nUnderstanding of enterprise development patterns\n\nExperienced with large-scale microservices architecture\n\nExperience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, etc.)\n\nActive performance observation\n\nGambling domain experience\n\nUnderstanding of application security and industry
