Playtech Managed Services is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to help support new products related to Business Intelligence and Marketing in the iGaming industry. This role will be a key member of the Product team, supporting the advancement of new and innovative products for a strategic partner in a regulated market.
Your influential mission. You will...
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, including proprietary systems, databases, and real-time feeds.
- Build and maintain data transformation logic and pipelines (SQL-first; dbt or equivalent preferred) to ingest, transform, and load data into the data warehouse, with testing and validation at every layer.
- Design and maintain analytics tables and dimensional models (marts) in the cloud data warehouse (e.g., GCP/BigQuery/Azure) and support orchestrated workflows (e.g., Apache Airflow) for batch and near-real-time data processing.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and internal systems to provide actionable insights for Customer Service, Risk Management, Player Engagement, and Product teams.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand analytical requirements and translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
- Ensure all data analysis and solutions follow regulatory requirements, data governance standards, and responsible gaming principles specific to the gaming industry.

- Have strong expertise in data quality assurance and validation processes.
- Have 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics engineering roles.
- Are fluent in English.
- Are experienced working with Power BI (or similar BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Metabase).
- Are familiar with cloud data warehouses (GCP/BigQuery, Azure, or equivalent).
- Have hands-on exposure to data pipelines, orchestration, and scheduling (e.g., Apache Airflow).
- Are experienced in working with both real-time and batch data processing.
- Possess experience in SQL and Python.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the gaming industry.
- Are an excellent collaborator with strong analytical skills.
