You will...\nExtract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, including proprietary systems, databases, and real-time feeds.\nBuild and maintain data transformation logic and pipelines (SQL-first; dbt or equivalent preferred) to ingest, transform, and load data into the data warehouse, with testing and validation at every layer. \nDesign and maintain analytics tables and dimensional models (marts) in the cloud data warehouse (e.g., GCP/BigQuery/Azure) and support orchestrated workflows (e.g., Apache Airflow) for batch and near-real-time data processing.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and internal systems to provide actionable insights for Customer Service, Risk Management, Player Engagement, and Product teams. \nMonitor and report on key performance indicators and business metrics.\nCollaborate with department heads to understand analytical requirements and translate business needs into scalable data solutions. \nEnsure all data analysis and solutions follow regulatory requirements, data governance standards, and responsible gaming principles specific to the gaming industry. \n Components for success.
