You will take ownership of a product area while collaborating closely across the wider team, with the space to improve processes, introduce better ways of working and become a trusted partner to the business.\n Your Influential Mission: You Will…\nAct as a trusted financial partner to product, commercial and business stakeholders, bringing a clear financial perspective to operational decisions.\nOwn the financial partnership for an assigned product area while collaborating across the wider Finance Business Partnering team and commercial matrix.\nLead budgeting and monthly forecasting activities for your area, challenge assumptions and help build realistic, aligned projections and scenarios.\nMonitor P&L performance, CAPEX and key financial and operational metrics, including revenue, EBITDA and operating costs.\nPerform variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year, identifying trends, risks and opportunities and translating them into practical recommendations.\nTurn high-volume, complex datasets into concise management reports, visual presentations and clear strategic narratives.\nHandle ad-hoc financial and strategic analysis with sound judgement, ownership and appropriate guidance from the team.\nPartner with FP&A, Billing and Data teams to improve data accuracy, streamline processes and build more efficient tools and ways of working.\n Components for Success: You…\nBring at least 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance business partnering or another analytical finance function.\nHold a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics or another relevant discipline.\nHave advanced Excel skills and can work independently with complex and large datasets.\nCan interpret financial performance, build scenarios and confidently challenge numbers or assumptions when something does not look right.\nAre comfortable working with ambiguity and using your own judgement rather than waiting for step-by-step direction.\nCombine strong analytical thinking with business acumen and the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.\nCommunicate confidently in English and build effective working relationships across teams and seniority levels.\nAre adaptable, collaborative, self-motivated and ready to take responsibility for your work.\nYou’ll Get Extra Points for…\nExperience in financial planning and analytics within a global organisation, ideally in the technology sector.\nHands-on experience with Power BI, IBM Planning Analytics or AI-enabled tools.\nExperience improving finance processes, automating reporting or introducing new analytical tools.\nPrevious exposure to a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, even if not completed.
