You will...\nDevelop and maintain the Infrastructure Core services catalog, service documentation standards, and operational governance documentation. \nAnalyze, design, and improve operational processes across Infrastructure Core teams. \nIdentify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, driving actions through to completion. \nDesign and establish new operational processes where no formal process currently exists. \nPromote consistency, transparency, governance standards, and best practices across infrastructure operations. \nDevelop reporting and tracking mechanisms to support process performance and operational visibility. \nCollaborate with Infrastructure Managers, Technical Leads, Engineers, and stakeholders across the organization. \nEstablish and improve service ownership, accountability, and lifecycle management practices across Infrastructure Core services while facilitating cross-team alignment on governance and operational responsibilities. \nSupport audit, compliance, and governance initiatives by maintaining effective processes, controls, and documentation. \n Components for success.
