More than 1,830 talented professionals are part of Playtech Live from different countries all over the world, and you have an opportunity to join our international team in New Jersey!\nVisit our website to learn more about our companywww.playtech.com\nAs an IT Tech Support Technician, you will be responsible to maintain, install and troubleshoot any live studio operational equipment’s as well as computer systems and networks.\n ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:\nMust be able to adhere to a multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services New Jersey regulations and live unit policies and procedures.\n\nProvide technical support for the video streaming equipment, data, optical and network communication systems accordance with the specified procedures.\n\nPerform installation and maintenance of video streaming equipment such as video cameras, audio, video cards, cabling, and any other equipment’s in accordance with the specified procedures.\n\nInstall, administer, and troubleshoot computers, laptops and any hardware as requested by management.\n\nMonitoring information systems by diagnosing problems, solving them immediately and advising the direct manager about the work carried out and the execution times.\n\nRespond to user calls and troubleshoots, and to diagnose and resolve software problems.\n\nMonitor CDN server connections, diagnose and solve problems, or organize the aversion of problems.\n\nProvide a day-to-day technical support such as consultations and provision of services for users.\n\nMake and save reports of any related documentation.\n\nEager to learn and participate with new applications, software, and networking stocktaking.\n\nPrepare necessary technical report when requested by the management.\n\nUnderstand and use IT technical terminology and comply with any regulatory enactments, standards, and provide technical documentation requirements.\n\nExecute duties in accordance with the standard IT service operating procedures.\n\nPerform any additional duties as instructed by management.\n\n EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED\nAssociate degree (Preferred) and/or equivalent technical training.\n\nMust be 21 years of age or older\n\nPreferably, 1 year of previous IT and/or technical computer experience.\n\nBasic computer skills- MS Office, electronic mail, etc.\n\nKnowledge - Windows and Windows office related software installation and troubleshooting\n\nNetworking skills - good cooperation skills, ability to deal with potential conflicts in diverse situations, ability to cooperate with people with different views and culture\n\nCommunications skills - ability to clearly and unambiguously explain issues related to work, company's rules and procedures.\n\nAbility to maintain a professional demeanor, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAbility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\n\nPunctuality and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to learn quickly and work independently.\n\nAbility to understand and to use IT technical terminology.\n\nBe able to wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards.\n\nMust be able to obtain a New Jersey Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nPay Rate: $25\n\nYearly Bonus\n\nVacation Days: 10 days\n\nSick Time: 5 days\n\n10 Holidays pay\n\nHealth Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, LTD/STD, Life Insurance.\n\n401K - 4% match\n\n Physical Functions\nFrequent standing and walking.\n\nBending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, squatting, and crawling to access equipment in various locations (e.g., under desks, behind servers).\n\nReaching, twisting, turning, climbing stairs, ladders, or potentially into and out of vehicles or elevated platforms.\n\nAbility to lift and move objects, often ranging from 10 pounds regularly to 50 pounds.
