This role will work closely with Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure adherence to gaming regulations, strengthen internal controls, and support our live dealer operations.\n The Operations Compliance Manager will be part of the U.S. Regulatory Compliance team, working closely with U.S. Licensing, Compliance, Operations, Product, and Project Management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across our Live Casino operations. The role is supported by Playtech's wider global Compliance team.\nThis position requires a strong understanding of land-based casino operations and iGaming regulatory compliance, with a focus on bridging traditional casino practices with live dealer operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring regulatory compliance, developing internal controls, and supporting operational best practices.\nThe position is based in the United States, with Eastern Time availability and flexibility required. Travel to Playtech's U.S. studios, as well as occasional international travel, may be required.\n Main Role Responsibilities\nRegulatory Compliance: Work closely with Product and Operations teams to interpret U.S. gaming regulations and ensure live dealer operations remain compliant.\n\nInternal Controls: Develop, review, and maintain internal controls and operational procedures for live casino games, including table games and wheel games.\n\nLive Casino Operations: Monitor regulatory compliance across live dealer studios, applying land-based casino knowledge and best practices to live gaming environments.\n\nRegulatory Relationships: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with state gaming regulators and relevant regulatory departments.\n\nProject Support: Partner with Project Management and Product teams to support new market launches, product introductions, and operational initiatives.\n\nProcess Improvement: Identify, document, and improve compliance processes, including certification, release management, change management, and incident reporting.\n\nAudits and Risk Assessments: Support regulatory audits, risk assessments, and the monitoring of corrective actions.\n\nReporting and Collaboration: Prepare compliance reports, communicate regulatory updates, and collaborate with internal teams to address compliance matters.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nMinimum of three years of experience in a technical compliance role within the gambling industry.\n\nStrong experience in U.S. land-based casino operations or live dealer operations, with knowledge of casino table games and operational procedures.\n\nExperience developing, reviewing, or implementing gaming internal controls.\n\nGood understanding of gaming regulatory requirements across multiple U.S. states.\n\nExperience working with state gaming regulators and independent testing laboratories.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of online casino gaming and sports betting.\n\nEssential Skills\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into operational procedures and technical specifications.\n\nResults-driven and delivery-oriented approach.\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and meet tight deadlines.\n\nComfortable managing change and multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nAbility to take initiative, self-motivate, and work independently.\n\n Compensation and Benefits\nSalary Range: Salary Range: $103,000-$114,000 annually (USD), depending on experience and qualifications.\nBonus: Bonus eligibility and payment schedule to be confirmed.\nVacation Days: 12 days\nSick Time: 5 days\nHealth Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, LTD/STD, Life Insurance.\n401(k): 100% match on the first 4% of eligible compensation contributed.\nIf you need reasonable accommodation and/or assistance during the application and hiring process, applicants can contact the Playtech-People & Culture Team for assistance at .
