You’ll be right at the intersection of product, technology and client needs, working closely with development teams and operators to shape solutions that make a real difference to PAM products.\n Your influential mission. You will...\nTake ownership of the user-facing interfaces in the PAM product core, including the admin interfaces operators use to manage and understand their players. \nWork closely with two development teams, one in Estonia and one in Ukraine, to turn product requirements into quality features. \nCollaborate with the Product Manager and another Product Owner to shape priorities, develop the product roadmap and drive the PAM product forward. \nTranslate business requirements into clear, actionable backlog items, including epics and user stories. \nKeep the backlog well-groomed and refined, and make sure both teams understand priorities, scope and acceptance criteria. \nAct as the first point of contact for the teams on product questions, and make timely decisions to keep delivery moving. \nCollaborate with UX, QA, support and other stakeholders / operators to make sure features are intuitive, usable and meet real operator needs. \nWork closely with the content writing team as a key stakeholder, making sure interface texts, labels, guides and product release information are clear, consistent and useful for operators. \nTrack feature usage and feedback to inform future planning and confirm that new functionality delivers value. \nMaintain product documentation and release information. \nWork directly with operators to understand their needs and feedback and turn them into relevant product improvements. \nTake on analytical tasks when needed, working with business and technical input to explore requirements and support product decisions. \n Components for success.
