You will have an opportunity to join our international team in Pennsylvania.\nLearn more about Playtech careers atwww.playtechpeople.com\n Essential Duties and Responsibilities\nAdhere to Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board requirements and PT Services (Delaware) LLC regulations, policies, and procedures.\nDesign and develop training programs based on the needs of the organization and its employees.\nTrain new employees by providing practical skills and motivation encompassing proper game procedures, appropriate communication, proper dealing posture, body language, and related company standards.\nDevelop training evaluations for new employees and successfully motivate them to acquire knowledge.\nEvaluate new employees' performance until they proceed to independent work and provide feedback regarding their performance.\nImplement and monitor individual and practical training for dealers and shufflers to reduce errors and improve overall job performance.\nProvide professional training to shift managers and maintain a high level of professional knowledge.\nDevelop, improve, and maintain training materials to ensure the quality of training follows company standards.\nLead, supervise, and motivate employees to achieve their objectives and improve performance.\nInform the Operations Manager of any significant or special circumstances that require attention.\nCooperate with the Operations Manager and administrative staff regarding employee training.\nObserve and review new employees' training progress.\nRetrain employees as needed to meet company performance standards.\nOrganize and create new employees' photos and nicknames.\nPrepare and distribute diplomas to employees who successfully complete training.\nAssist employees with training-related questions.\nPrepare necessary reports and presentations at management's request.\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management.\n Must be 21 years of age or older.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.\nAt least one year of training-related experience.\nAt least one year of gaming-related experience.\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and Excel.\nKnowledge of employee training and content-instruction methodologies.\nAbility to diversify teaching methods, formats, and technology.\nStrong cooperation skills and the ability to manage potential conflicts in challenging situations.\nAbility to maintain professional and clear communication with employees.\nAbility to teach and explain company policies and procedures.\nAbility to provide constructive feedback and supervise teamwork.\nStrong multitasking and decision-making skills.\nHigh accuracy and strong attention to detail.\nStrong organization, planning, and time-management skills.\nAbility to operate standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, and phones.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on different assignments simultaneously.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration, as required.\nMust be able to work an off shift as assigned and maintain a flexible schedule, including holidays, overtime, and weekends.\nExcellent knowledge of all games offered by the company and the ability to apply and explain the strategies and rules used in those games.\nCompensation and Benefits\nSalary exempt proposed range of $55,000-$58,500 per year.\nAnnual performance bonus.\n10 paid holidays.\n10 days off and 5 paid sick days.\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\nLife insurance and short- and long-term disability insurance.\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.\nCommuter benefits.\n401(k) with company match up to 4%.\n If you need a reasonable accommodation or assistance during the application or hiring process, please contact Playtech US Human Resources at .
