assessments.\nEstablish data cleansing and transformation rules.\nDevelop conversion mapping documents and reconciliation frameworks.\nOversee data loading using Workday loading tools and migration templates.\nValidate converted data and ensure accuracy, completeness, and auditability.\nManage multiple mock conversions and cutover activities.\nCoordinate final production data migration during deployment.\nData Governance & Quality\nEstablish data quality checkpoints and governance processes.\nEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational standards.\nConduct reconciliation between source and target systems.\nManage data-related risks, issues, and escalations.\nDevelop conversion audit reports and migration sign-offs.\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\nAct as the primary technical lead for integration and data conversion workstreams.\nPartner with project managers to manage scope, timelines, and deliverables.\nCoordinate activities with implementation partners and third-party vendors.\nPresent project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership teams.\nMentor junior integration developers and data conversion analysts.\nContinuous Improvement\nEvaluate emerging Workday integration capabilities and best practices.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify interfaces and improve data management processes.\nSupport Workday releases and feature updates impacting integrations or data structures.\nMaintain technical standards, templates, and reusable integration components.\n\nAbout you:\nBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems,\nEngineering, or a related discipline.\nWorkday certifications in Integration, Studio, or Data Conversion are preferred.\nExperience\n8+ years of experience in enterprise HR systems, ERP implementations, or integration\ndevelopment.\n5+ years of hands-on Workday Integration and Data Conversion experience.\nProven experience leading Workday implementation projects from design through deployment.\nExperience migrating large volumes of HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Time Tracking, or\nFinance data.\nExperience working with global Workday deployments is highly desirable.\n\nTechnical Skills\nWorkday Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nWorkday HCM\nWorkday Security Framework\nEnterprise Interface Builder (EIB)\nWorkday
