trend-driven designs.\nWork on campaign creatives, key visuals, promotional assets, displays, posters, and other brand communications.\nCollaborate with creative, marketing, brand, and account teams to execute campaigns.\nMaintain consistency in visual language, typography, layouts, and brand guidelines.\nAdapt creative concepts across different formats, platforms, and dimensions.\nStay updated with emerging design trends, social media aesthetics, and visual culture.\nManage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within timelines.\n\nRequirements: \nHighly creative with strong conceptual and visual thinking ability.\nStrong understanding of current Gen Z trends, internet culture, and digital aesthetics.\nCurious, experimental, and willing to explore new visual styles.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAble to take a concept from idea design to final execution.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.\nAble to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nKey Skills: Visual Design, Graphic Design, Creative Conceptualization, Gen Z Design, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Branding, Campaign Design, Social Media Design, Digital Design, Retail/In-Store Design, Creative Direction, Typography, Layout, and Composition.\n\nMust-Haves: \n1-5 years of experience in visual design / graphic design.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and visual design skills.\nHands-on proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.\nStrong understanding of typography, composition, color, layouts, and visual hierarchy.\nAbility to develop concepts independently rather than only executing existing designs.\nExperience creating designs for both online and offline/in-store environments.\nStrong understanding of Gen Z visual trends and aesthetics.\nPrior experience working with a creative/design/advertising agency is preferred.\n\nGood to Haves: \nExperience with After Effects / Premiere Pro.\nMotion graphics or basic animation skills.\nExperience in branding and campaign design.\nExperience working on retail, D2C, fashion, lifestyle,
