trends, and cultural conversations.\nDevelop content ideas for social media, campaigns, blogs, websites, and other digital channels.\nTrack content performance and use insights to improve future content strategies.\nPresent content strategies and creative ideas to internal teams and clients.\nRequirements:\n2-5 years of professional experience in Content Strategy / Content Marketing / Creative Strategy.\nPrior experience in a creative, advertising, digital, or content agency.\nCandidate should have started their career in Copywriting/Content Writing.\nStrong understanding of copywriting, storytelling, and content creation.\nExperience developing content strategies and campaigns, not just executing content.\nStrong understanding of different content formats and digital platforms.\nAbility to translate business objectives into actionable content strategies.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.\nStrong understanding of brand voice, audience, and content positioning.\nGood to Have:\nExperience working with D2C, lifestyle, fashion, consumer, or digital-first brands.\nExperience handling multiple brands/clients simultaneously.\nUnderstanding of social media strategy and digital marketing.\nExperience with campaign ideation and integrated campaigns.\nFamiliarity with content performance metrics and analytics.\nExperience presenting strategies directly to clients.\nCandidate Profile:\nStrong strategic + creative thinking ability.\nStrong copywriting foundation with the ability to think beyond individual pieces of content.\nAble to move from brief insight to idea to strategy to execution.\nCurious about culture, trends, consumer behaviour, and digital content.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.\nStrong ownership and
