This is a highly strategic role working closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Leadership to drive product decisions through deep data understanding.\n\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nProduct Analytics and Insights: \nDrive product strategy using data-backed insights across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization funnels.\nDefine and own north-star metrics, product KPIs, and business health dashboards.\nIdentify user drop-offs, behavioral patterns, and growth opportunities across journeys.\n\nEvent Tracking and Data Architecture: \nDesign and maintain scalable event taxonomy and instrumentation frameworks.\nPartner with Engineering to ensure clean, reliable, and actionable product data pipelines.\nImprove data quality, governance, attribution accuracy, and tracking consistency across platforms.\n\nExperimentation and Growth: \nLead A/B testing frameworks and experimentation culture across product and growth teams.\nBuild analytical models to identify high-value cohorts, user segmentation, and retention drivers.\nSupport growth, CRM, lifecycle, and personalization initiatives through deep analytics.\n\nAnalytics Infrastructure and Tools: \nOwn dashboards, reporting systems, and self-serve analytics infrastructure.\nWork with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 Clevertap, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker, etc.\nCollaborate on warehouse/data stack evolution (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc. ).\n\nTeam Leadership: \nManage and mentor a team of 4-5 analysts.\nEstablish strong review processes, analytical rigor, and stakeholder communication standards.\nBuild a culture of ownership, speed, and business-first thinking.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration: \nWork closely with Product Managers, Founders, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.\nTranslate ambiguous business problems into measurable analytical frameworks.\nPresent insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.\n\nRequirements: \n8+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Business Analytics roles.\nStrong experience in consumer internet, B2C, health tech, e-commerce, fintech, or high-growth startups.\nDeep understanding of: Product funnels, Event instrumentation, User journey analytics, and Data architecture fundamentals.\nExperimentation frameworks, Advanced SQL expertise.\nStrong Python/R skills for analytics and modeling.\nExperience with modern analytics stacks and BI tools.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication abilities.\nExperience managing teams and driving execution independently.\n\nStrong Plus: \nExperience at high-growth Series A/B startups or scaled consumer tech companies.\nHands-on exposure to tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 Clevertap, Segment, Snowflake / BigQuery.\nExposure to recommendation systems, personalization, or lifecycle analytics.\nExperience working closely with founders/product leadership.\n\nThis role is
