teams.\nConduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.\nMentor and guide junior engineers where required.\nRequirements:\n2-4 years of software development experience.\nStrong hands-on experience in backend engineering.\nStrong proficiency in Go, Python, or a similar programming language.\nExcellent problem-solving and coding skills\nStrong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.\nGood understanding of system design and backend architecture.\nExperience building and maintaining production-grade systems.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and scalable backend services.\nExperience working in a product-based company or startup.\nGood to Have:\nMicroservices architecture\nDistributed systems\nKafka / event-driven architecture\nRedis\nSQL / NoSQL databases\nAWS / GCP / Azure\nDocker / Kubernetes\nCI/CD\nAI/ML / GenAI integrations\nExperience with high-traffic or high-volume systems\nNice to Have:\nBeyond years of experience, candidates should demonstrate:\nStrong problem-solving ability.\nExperience working on technically complex backend problems.\nMeaningful ownership of features or services.\nUnderstanding of scale, performance, and reliability.\nExposure to system design and architectural decisions.\nExperience building products used by real users.\nAbility to work in an ambiguous and fast-moving startup/product
