Control Lead is responsible for leading and consolidating the financial planning, management control, and cash flow forecasting functions in a capital-intensive industrial technology company.\nTheir mission is to ensure that the company's key decisions are made on a sound economic and financial basis, providing visibility, foresight, and rigor in an environment of rapid growth, complex execution, concentrated.\nResponsibilities\nFinancial Modeling, Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis \nPrepare the annual budget and its periodic revisions. \nContinuously monitor performance against budget. \nPrepare financial reports for the Executive Management and Board of Directors. \nConduct financial analyses, projections, and simulations/business cases:\nAnalyze the profitability of the business, programs, projects, products, and clients. \nModel internalization vs. outsourcing decisions and production capacity. \nEvaluate strategic investments (CAPEX, infrastructure, technology). \nEnsure alignment between technical and organizational growth and the creation of economic value. \nProvide strategic vision and judgment on capital allocation based on market trends, competitors, technologies, etc. \nProvide comprehensive support to the Finance Department and fundraising efforts. \nPrepare and organize the financial information required for current and potential investors. \nSupport fundraising processes, due diligence, and external financial reviews. \nAlign the business plan with financing needs and corporate strategy. \nBusiness Partners:\nRelationship with Operational Areas and Cross-Functional Management \nManage the relationship with operational departments (programs, infrastructure, operations, supply chain, HR, etc.). \nGather, structure, and prioritize operational and financial needs. \nEnsure consistency between operational decisions and their economic impact. \nSupport the organization of financial information and reporting. \nGenerate, organize, and report relevant and reliable financial information. \nGuarantee consistency and traceability of reported data. \nImprove the automation and efficiency of financial reporting. \nContinuous improvement of processes, standards, and systems. \nSupport the design, updating, and compliance of Business Finance processes and standards. \nDrive improvements in financial systems, ERP, and BI tools. \nContribute to strengthening internal controls and financial governance. \nRequired Knowledge\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (Master's in Finance/CFA preferred) \nMBA or Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, or Business Administration preferred \nProven professional track record of 5-10 years in FP&A and Management Control roles, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions (Manager or Head), with team management and cross-functional responsibility. \nExperience in complex technological and industrial environments \nDirect exposure to CAPEX decisions, long-term commitments, and profitability \nExperience interacting with management and governing bodies \nDesired Knowledge\nFinancial
