The company is able to offer best-in-class launch services to commercial satellite operators, institutions, space agencies and national and international governmental entities\nMission\nThe Global Warehouse Controller is responsible for controlling, monitoring, and continuously improving warehouse performance across PLD Space facilities, with particular responsibility for warehouse operations in Spain and France.\nThe mission of the position is to ensure that warehouse activities are performed through standardized, efficient, traceable, and measurable processes, providing reliable visibility of operational performance and identifying opportunities for productivity and process improvement.\nThe Global Warehouse Controller acts as a cross-functional partner between warehouse operations, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Finance, IT, and other operational areas. The role combines operational controlling, data analysis, systems governance, KPI management, and continuous improvement.\nIn addition to monitoring warehouse performance, the position will work closely with warehouse teams to define and execute productivity and improvement projects, ensuring that improvements are translated into measurable operational results.\nResponsibilities\nWarehouse Controlling & Performance\nMonitor and control the performance of PLD Space warehouses across Spain and France.\nDefine, maintain, and continuously improve the warehouse KPI framework.\nMonitor operational KPIs related to productivity, inventory accuracy, material movements, lead times, service levels, workload, space utilization, and operational efficiency.\nIdentify deviations, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.\nEstablish regular performance reviews with warehouse teams and management.\nEnsure consistency and comparability of operational data between different warehouse locations.\nSupport warehouse managers with data-driven analysis and decision-making.\nReporting & Dashboards\nDevelop and maintain operational dashboards for warehouse management.\nAutomate recurring reports and improve the availability and reliability of warehouse information.\nConsolidate information from ERP, warehouse systems, and other operational tools.\nGenerate regular performance reports for Supply Chain and Operations management.\nEnsure consistency, traceability, and reliability of reported data.\nDevelop analytical tools to support capacity planning, workload forecasting, and operational decisions.\nContinuous Improvement & Productivity\nLead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.\nWork directly with warehouse teams to identify and implement productivity improvements.\nDefine improvement projects based on operational data and performance gaps.\nMonitor improvement actions and quantify their operational impact.\nSupport the optimization of warehouse layouts, workflows, material movements, and internal logistics processes.\nPromote standardization and best practices across all warehouse locations.\nSupport the definition and implementation of operational standards and procedures.\nCoordinate cross-functional improvement projects involving Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Supply Chain, IT, and other operational areas.\nSystems, Tools & Access Governance\nSupport the governance and continuous improvement of warehouse-related digital tools and systems.\nEnsure users have the appropriate roles, permissions, and access to warehouse systems and operational tools according to their responsibilities.\nPeriodically review system access and support the definition of access-control standards.\nIdentify opportunities to improve and automate warehouse processes through ERP, BI, and digital tools.\nCoordinate system improvement requirements with IT and ERP teams.\nSupport the implementation and adoption of new functionalities, workflows, and digital tools.\nEnsure that warehouse processes and system configurations remain aligned.\nProcesses & Standardization\nDefine and maintain standardized warehouse processes across different locations.\nSupport the creation and maintenance of warehouse procedures, work instructions, and operational standards.\nEnsure consistent implementation of processes across Spanish and French facilities.\nMonitor compliance with established processes and identify corrective actions when necessary.\nSupport internal audits and operational reviews related to inventory and warehouse processes.\nPromote a culture of operational discipline, traceability, and continuous improvement.\nRequired Knowledge\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.\n3-7 years of professional experience in warehouse controlling, logistics, supply chain, industrial operations, continuous improvement, or similar roles.\nExperience working in industrial or manufacturing environments.\nStrong analytical skills and experience managing operational KPIs.\nExperience developing dashboards and performance reporting.\nExperience working with ERP and warehouse management systems.\nExperience participating in or leading continuous improvement and productivity projects.\nAbility to work cross-functionally with operational and support teams.\nAbility to work in an international and multi-site environment.\nDesired Knowledge\nAdvanced Excel and data analysis skills.\nExperience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo or equivalent platforms.\nExperience with Business Intelligence and dashboarding tools such as Power BI.\nKnowledge of warehouse management and inventory control processes.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Lean Logistics methodologies.\nExperience with process mapping and
