The company is able to offer best-in-class\nlaunch services to commercial satellite operators, institutions, space agencies\nand national and international governmental entities\nMission\n\nAs the People Analytics Technician for PLD Space, your mission is to manage, clean and analyze people's data to provide actionable insights for strategic organizational decisions and solve business problems.\nUsing people's data from HR systems, IT systems, and other departments' systems. As well as using people's data from external sources such as salary surveys, payroll, holidays, timesheet registration, etc.\nResponsibilities\nCollect, consolidate, and validate data from various HR sources. \nMaintain and update People Analytics databases, dashboards, and reports. \nIdentify inconsistencies and ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data. \nPrepare regular reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, engagement, performance, and other people-related KPIs. \nTransform data into clear and actionable insights for HR teams, managers, and business leaders. \nSupport the development and automation of reports, dashboards, and analytical processes. \nCollaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and reporting requirements. \nProvide support in People Analytics and HR Data projects. \nEnsure the proper, secure, and confidential handling of employee information in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulations. \nContribute to the continuous improvement of people data reporting and analytics processes. \nNecessary requirements\nDegree or qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. \nExperience in data analysis, reporting, or HR data administration. \nStrong proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI. \nAbility to work with large volumes of data and identify errors, trends, and patterns. \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data quality. \nAbility to communicate analytical information in a clear and understandable manner. \nProfessional level of English. \nHigh degree of confidentiality and sensitivity when handling employee data.\nPrevious experience in People Analytics / HR Analytics.\nKnowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.\nKnowledge of SQL.\nExperience in automating reporting processes.\nBasic knowledge of statistics.\nExperience working with Human Resources dashboards and KPIs.\nFluency in English and Spanish .
