The company is able to offer best-in-class launch services to commercial satellite operators, institutions, space agencies and national and international governmental entities\nMission\nAs a Propulsion Integration Engineer your main mission within the area will be to define the integration processes associated to the propulsive components of the rocket, as well as to provide an adequate follow up at the workshop to guarantee the proper execution of these processes.\nResponsibilities\nDevelopment, implementation, and optimization of assembly procedures for rocket engine systems and propulsive components: assembly manuals, work orders, post-assembly inspections and reports... Continuous improvement of assembly processes (based on lessons learned) to bring products from prototype to high-volume production.\nAssembly of rocket engines, including combustion chambers, engine fluid systems, structural assemblies and other subsystems.\nTechnical support and problem-solving during assembly procedures.\nWork with Design, Analysis, Supply Chain and Manufacturing in the evolution of design solutions to improve quality and optimise assembly operations.\nCollaboration with Manufacturing in the definition of tooling needed during the assembly processes.\nSupport to the resolution of non-conformances. Participation in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes in the implementation of corrective actions and modifications to address root causes.\nImplementation of quality assurance processes according to specifications, norms and standards.\nMaintaining an operational safe, clean and well-organized integration environment.\nTechnical support during engine test campaigns.\nNecessary Requirements\nHigh level in both written and spoken Spanish and English.\nBachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering or another relevant field.\nAt least 2 years of experience with assembly and integration of complex, multidisciplinary systems in aerospace, aviation, automotive or similar quality-oriented industries (past work experience, internships, team/personal projects qualify).\nHands-on project and assembly experience with mechanical or/and high-pressure fluid systems.\nExperience with the following: assembly planning and process definition, documentation and reports creation, process tracking and quality control according to standards.\nUnderstanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and assembly, including working knowledge of GD&T and design considerations.\nFull proficiency in MS office tools expected.\nExperience with CAD software (NX desired), 3D models and 2D engineering drawings.\nExperience with ERP systems, work order creation/management, and BOM structures.\nAbility to learn, lead others, and help others learn while maintaining high performance level.\nDesire to work hands-on, when required, both independently and as part of a team.\nDesired Requirements\nFamiliarity with some of the following: design for manufacturing, kaizen, lean manufacturing, six sigma and failure mode and effects analysis. Experience applying them.\nExperience with process development from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.\nDesired experience with orbital launch systems and or launch vehicles, or flight production projects or programs.\nExperience in full life-cycle development of aerospace systems.\nTeam or Project leadership experience in an aerospace development environment or similar.\nExperience with
