Please Assist Me (PAM) is a fast-growing, apartment task service seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Package Room and Delivery Associate to join our team.\nIn this role, you will help manage apartment package rooms and support warehouse operations to ensure packages are accurately processed, organized, and delivered efficiently. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently, follow instructions, maintain an organized workspace, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPackage Room Management\nReceive and log incoming packages into the designated tracking system.\nOrganize and maintain package rooms to ensure packages are stored safely and efficiently.\nDeliver packages to residents’ units when required.\nAssist residents with locating and retrieving their packages.\nEnsure packages are accurately tracked and handled according to company procedures.\nWarehouse & Fulfillment Operations\nReceive, sort, organize, and store incoming packages and inventory.\nPick, scan, and prepare packages for distribution and delivery.\nLoad and unload packages and move items between designated areas.\nUse scanners, carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move and track packages.\nFollow instructions displayed on screens or provided by supervisors.\nIdentify and report package discrepancies, damaged items, and operational issues.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and package room.\nFollow established safety, quality, and productivity standards.\nTeamwork & Daily Operations\nFollow verbal and written instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.\nWork independently while collaborating effectively with teammates and supervisors.\nManage time efficiently and follow assigned schedules and procedures.\nAdapt to changing priorities, schedules, and operational needs.\nCommunicate concerns promptly and contribute to a positive, accountable team environment.\nRequirements\nRequirements & Qualifications\nMust be at least 18 years old.\nPrevious warehouse, package handling, logistics, inventory, or delivery experience required.\nAbility to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nReliable, punctual, and committed to completing work thoroughly.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a team.\nGood time management skills and the ability to follow established schedules.\nWillingness to adapt to changing routines and operational needs.\nAbility to use basic technology, scanners, and package tracking systems, with training provided as needed.\nAbility to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.\nAbility to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds and push or move heavier loads using appropriate equipment, as required.\nCommitment to following workplace safety, package handling, and quality standards.\nchedule & Availability\n25 - 30 hours per week, part-time\n35 - 40 hours per week, full-time\nMust be flexible to cover rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and additional hours when operationally necessary.\nSpecific working hours will be assigned based on business needs.\nCompensation & Benefits\n$20 per hour\nTraining and development opportunities.\nWellness resources.\nOpportunities for professional growth and advancement.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nPlease Assist Me is an equal opportunity employer.
