As our Children’s Content Manager, you have the opportunity toshape how God’s Word is experienced by children and students around the world, helping them know Him deeply and personally.\nYou will have the opportunity to:\nManage and invest in a team of Children’s Content Specialists and contract writers by assign, review, and refine writing and editing work\nContent edit curriculum for Preschool through Student Programs and write as needed.\nPartner with copy editors, designers, and formatters to bring materials to life\nGuide the flow of content through development stages\nStrengthen and refine content development processes\nWe ask that you bring:\nA personal relationship with Jesus Christ and full agreement with BSF’s Statement of Faith, Human Sexuality Policy, Core Values, and Cultural Commitments\nBachelor's degree is required, theological training (undergraduate or master's level is preferred)\nMinimum 3 years of BSF leadership experience required (Children’s or Staff leadership preferred)\nMinimum 2 years of experience working with children in a church or para-church setting required\nMinimum 2 years of content editing or similar experience required (children’s curriculum experience preferred)\nDemonstrated ability to write and edit theological content across age levels\nStrong understanding of Christian doctrine and its relevance for today’s culture\nProven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities; team leadership preferred\nThis role offers meaningful collaboration within a flexible, office-based environment, with opportunities for travel-including occasional international travel-as ministry needs arise. Employees are expected to attend scheduled in-person gatherings, fostering connectionand alignment across the organization. Success in this role includes meeting established performance expectations and living into BSF’s policies and values, as outlined in the Employee Handbook and other communications.
