Working closely with your Relationship Manager, you'll develop targeted growth strategies, drive consistent origination activity and identify opportunities to expand our presence across both established and emerging asset classes.\nBeyond driving lending performance, you'll play an important role in supporting the broader evolution of Plenti's commercial business, bringing market insights, broker feedback and new opportunities that help shape our future product offering.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nIdentify, prospect and activate new commercial asset finance brokers, expanding Plenti's market presence and distribution network\nBuild and strengthen high-value broker relationships, developing targeted strategies to increase utilisation, share of wallet and lending volumes\nDrive sales performance across your state or territory, maintaining a strong pipeline and consistent origination activity\nIdentify opportunities to grow beyond traditional commercial asset finance into new asset classes, including machinery, equipment and other emerging commercial lending opportunities\nSupport the next stage of Plenti's commercial growth by bringing forward market insights, broker feedback and opportunities to evolve our product offering and market proposition\nStay close to competitor activity, industry trends and changing market dynamics to identify opportunities and maintain Plenti's competitive edge\nPartner closely with the Relationship Manager to optimise broker engagement, retention and performance\nClearly articulate Plenti's value proposition, commercial lending solutions and competitive advantages to broker partners\nAbout you:\nAt least 2 years' experience in business development, relationship management or sales within commercial asset finance or lending\nStrong understanding of the commercial asset finance market, ideally with established relationships across the broker channel\nDemonstrated success building broker relationships and driving lending volumes, broker utilisation and share of wallet\nA proactive and commercially minded approach to identifying opportunities, developing new relationships and converting business\nThe ability to engage, influence and build credibility with brokers and key stakeholders\nAn interest in broader commercial lending markets and the opportunity to support growth into new asset classes.\nConfidence using data, market insights and performance metrics to inform sales strategies and drive results\nA collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across a growing business\nWhy Plenti?\nThis is an opportunity to join one of Plenti's newest and growing business verticals at an exciting stage of its journey.\nAs we continue to expand our commercial lending offering and explore new markets and asset classes, you'll have the opportunity to help shape what comes next.
