You’ll work across Operations, Sales, Product and Technology to solve problems, improve processes and deliver better ways of working.\nThis is a hands-on role where you’ll work across systems, data and automation, taking ideas from discovery through to implementation and seeing the impact of your work.\nKey responsibilities:\nOwn and improve operational processes and workflows across the loan lifecycle\nTurn business needs into practical system and process solutions\nWork across platforms including Zoho CRM, Amazon Connect, n8n and Zapier\nRun workshops and discovery sessions to understand problems and identify opportunities\nPartner with Product and Technology to design operational workflows for new products and initiatives\nBuild and manage integrations between systems using APIs, JSON and data\nAutomate manual processes using low-code and no-code tools\nWrite SQL queries to support reporting, analysis and data validation\nTest, implement and release system and process changes\nInvestigate and resolve system issues, bottlenecks and operational problems\nCreate clear process documentation and help teams adopt new ways of working\nBuild reports and dashboards that help teams understand performance and make better decisions\nUse data and feedback to continuously improve our systems and customer experience\nAbout you:\nYou’re a curious, hands-on problem solver who enjoys improving how things work. You’re comfortable working with stakeholders and getting into the detail across systems, data and processes.
