guidance.\n\nWork closely with your teammates, sharing knowledge and best practices to lift the whole team’s performance.\n\nSupport internal teams by passing on customer insights and feedback that help improve processes, products and the overall customer experience.\n\nAbout You\nExperience in customer service, contact centres or financial services is desirable (retail or hospitality experience is also valuable if you love helping customers).\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex information in a simple, reassuring way.\n\nStrong customer focus with proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.\n\nThrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nComfortable using customer service
