You’ll own key financial models, support budgeting and forecasting, and partner with leaders across the business to turn financial data into clear, commercial insights.\nThis is a highly visible FP&A role with exposure to the CFO, CEO, Executive team, Board and investor relations, giving you the opportunity to broaden your commercial finance experience while having a direct impact on business decisions.\nKey responsibilities:\nOwn and maintain key financial models, including Plenti’s corporate model\nPartner with budget owners across the business to understand performance, forecast spend and identify key decisions and trade-offs\nLead key parts of our annual budget and reforecast cycles, including ownership of the operating expense model\nOwn monthly performance reviews, investigating variances and highlighting key trends and insights\nPrepare Board and Executive reporting, turning financial results into clear and actionable insights\nSupport investor relations activities and provide analysis to help inform CFO and CEO engagements\nBuild dashboards and reporting in Databricks and Excel to understand key business drivers\nSupport capital planning and cash flow forecasting alongside our Controllership and Treasury teams\nLook for better ways of working, using automation and AI tools to improve reporting, modelling and processes\nAbout you:\nYou’re a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys getting into the detail, understanding what drives the numbers and turning analysis into practical insights.
