Acting as an integration layer, Plentific enables a real-time ecosystem and helps providers build resilient supply chains that prevent backlogs and ensure timely delivery of works.\nThe Role\nThe Events Marketing Manager at Plentific is responsible for developing and executing key marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition, networking and retention, and revenue growth. This role focuses on event planning, digital marketing execution and optimisation, and content creation, including website updates, email campaigns, and agency management. The Events Marketing Manager will lead internal and external events, webinars, partner marketing initiatives, and social media efforts while overseeing sales enablement and inbound marketing. Close collaboration with the commercial and product teams is essential to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and support revenue generation. The role reports to the Marketing Director and covers events across the UK and Germany.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and execute event marketing plans for physical and digital formats aligned with company objectives.\n\nOwn Plentific’s presence at sector conferences and exhibitions: sponsorship packages, stand design, speaker slots and on-site delivery.\n\nRun Plentific’s own events end to end, from roundtables and client forums to flagship events, including guest lists, invitations and registrations.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the event logistics, including venue selection, supplier management, stand design\n\nSupport the Marketing Director to brief and prepare internal speakers, and work with product marketing so event content reflects Plentific’s positioning.\n\nUtilise online platforms to engage target audiences and drive attendance.\n\nCreate compelling event content such as blogs, sales collaterals, videos, promotional emails, and newsletters.\n\nBuild pre- and post-event journeys in HubSpot, and hand leads to sales quickly with clear follow-up actions.\n\nManage event budgets and timelines, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.\n\nAnalyse event performance metrics (registrations, attendance, MQLs, MPLs, pipeline and opportunities influenced) and recommend improvements.\n\nStay updated on industry trends to enhance event marketing strategies.\n\nOversee the creation and maintenance of event landing pages with essential details.\n\nSupport the marketing team with social media, paid advertising, copywriting, and design tasks.\n\nWhat success looks like in your first 6 months\nAn annual rolling events calendar agreed with marketing and sales leadership, with clear goals per event.\n\nConsistent tracking of event ROI from registration through to pipeline in HubSpot and Salesforce.\n\nAt least two Plentific-owned events delivered from concept to follow-up.\n\nRequirements\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting).\n\nExcellent project management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities for event planning and execution.\n\nStrong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.\n\nStrategic thinking, planning, and execution skills with a focus on delivering high-quality work.\n\nProficient in copywriting with a passion for creating engaging content.\n\nHighly organised with excellent time management, adaptability, and attention to detail.\n\nComfortable using AI tools in your daily work to draft content, research audiences, plan logistics and analyse event results faster, with the judgement to check every output for accuracy and brand fit.\n\nCurious about AI and able to bring Plentific’s agentic AI story to life at events, in a way that resonates with housing leaders.\n\nCalm and confident on event days, able to solve problems on the spot.\n\nExperience and Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.\n\n2+ years of experience in event marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving significant client growth and revenue impact via events and digital campaigns.\n\nExperience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a deep understanding of metrics, attribution models, and optimisation techniques.\n\nDemonstrated success in scaling acquisition channels and delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced environment.\n\nA deep understanding of targeting, client journeys, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for driving measurable results.\n\nExperience with or willingness to learn tools like Canva, HubSpot CMS, Salesforce CRM, Payload for website and our marketing automation tools.\n\nWillingness to travel within the UK\n\nExperience in B2B SaaS, PropTech, housing or the public sector.\n\nExperience running events with MPs, local authorities or senior sector stakeholders.\n\nNice to have but not mandatory : German language skills.\n\nBenefits\nAs you can see, we are quickly progressing with our ambitious plans and are eager to grow our team of doers to achieve our vision of managing over 2 million properties through our platform across various countries.
