Headquartered in London with a global outlook, we're working towards managing over 2 million properties through our platform.\nThe Role\nAs Commercial AI Ops (GTM Engineer), you'll help change how Plentific's commercial teams work. You'll sit within the Strategy & Go-to-Market team and own the Commercial AI Hub end to end: the skills, automations and AI capabilities that Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps use every day.\nThe Commercial AI Hub is already live and in use. Your job is to scale it. That means prioritising the roadmap, turning business problems into clear requirements, building and shipping new capabilities, and driving adoption across the commercial organisation. You'll build most things yourself with low-code and AI-native tools. For integrations and larger projects, such as a shared commercial knowledge base or “second brain”, you'll design the solution and then - where required - work with IT and Engineering to deliver it.\nAlongside the Hub, you'll support commercial leadership on target account prioritisation and sales outreach coordination, and help design and improve the commercial processes the team runs on.\nThis role suits someone who is commercially minded, structured in how they solve problems, and keen to learn how AI can change the way a B2B team sells and serves customers.\nThis role is based in London (hybrid).\nResponsibilities\nCommercial AI Hub Ownership\nOwn the Commercial AI Hub end to end: roadmap, prioritisation, delivery and adoption\n\nWork with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Supply Chain and RevOps to find, size and prioritise high-value AI use cases\n\nGather requirements and turn them into clear scopes, with defined phasing and acceptance criteria\n\nBuild and ship skills, automations and AI capabilities with tools such as Claude Cowork, Claude Code and workflow automation platforms\n\nDesign larger or integration-heavy projects (e.g. connectors to core systems, a shared knowledge base or “second brain”) and work with IT and Engineering to implement them\n\nDrive adoption by onboarding users, gathering feedback and iterating on what's live\n\nSafeguard compliance with AI governance, data protection (GDPR) and InfoSec/IT standards, working closely with IT on approved tools, access and guardrails\n\nSupport commercial leadership with target account list prioritisation through structured analysis, data enrichment and recommendations\n\nCoordinate sales outreach plays with Sales and Marketing, keeping execution aligned and on track, with scope to automate outreach plays over time\n\nMap, design and improve commercial processes, and find where AI or automation can remove friction\n\nGive senior commercial leadership clear updates, analysis and recommendations\n\nSkills\nHands-on, builder mindset: you'd rather prototype something than write a long deck about it\n\nStrong grasp of low-code, automation and AI tooling, including prompting, workflow design and light scripting\n\nAble to turn ambiguous business problems into clear requirements and working solutions\n\nStrong stakeholder management: you can influence and align teams without direct authority\n\nStructured, analytical approach to problem-solving and prioritisation\n\nCommercial acumen and an understanding of B2B GTM motions\n\nA strong drive to learn and experiment with new AI tools as the field moves\n\nExperience and Qualifications\nAround 3-5 years in GTM, RevOps, sales operations, commercial strategy or consulting\n\nTrack record of delivering cross-functional initiatives or internal tooling that people actually use\n\nExperience working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and/or RevOps teams\n\nHands-on experience with Claude Cowork and Claude Code is strongly preferred. Side projects and personal builds count.
