You'll test new features and releases across our web and mobile products, find and document defects, and help build out our automated test coverage. The role is open to candidates from around 1 to 3 years' experience.\nAbout the role and team\nYou'll sit within a cross-functional product squad alongside developers, a product managers and project managers, working in Agile sprints. Quality is a shared responsibility here: you'll be involved from refinement through to release, not just at the end.\nKey responsibilities\nReview user stories and acceptance criteria early, asking questions that surface gaps and edge cases before code is written\n\nWrite and maintain clear test cases, test plans and checklists for new features\n\nCarry out manual functional, exploratory, regression and cross-browser/device testing\n\nLog defects with clear reproduction steps, evidence and severity, and follow them through to resolution\n\nRun regression and smoke tests ahead of releases and give a clear go/no-go view\n\nVerify fixes and support release and post-release checks in production\n\nHelp improve QA processes, documentation and test data management\n\nShare product knowledge with the wider team and support colleagues in Customer Success when issues are raised\n\nSkills and experience\nEssential\nAt least 1 year's hands-on experience testing web or mobile software in a commercial setting\n\nSolid understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing fundamentals (test types, test design techniques, defect life cycle)\n\nExperience writing test cases and raising well-documented bugs\n\nFamiliarity with an issue tracker and test management tools\n\nA methodical, curious mindset and strong attention to detail\n\nClear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical issues to non-technical colleagues\n\nExperience in leveraging AI to streamline and automate testing\n\nDesirable\nSome experience with test automation\n\nBasic SQL for checking and preparing test data\n\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions) and version control with Git\n\nAwareness of accessibility (WCAG), performance or security testing\n\nExperience testing B2B SaaS or multi-tenant platforms\n\nBenefits\nAs you can see, we are quickly progressing with our ambitious plans and are eager to grow our team of doers to achieve our vision of managing over 2 million properties through our platform across various countries.
