Headquartered in London with a global outlook, we're working towards managing over 2 million properties through our platform.\nThe Role\nPlentific is going through a period of high growth to help meet our ambitious commercial and technical goals, as such we are looking for an energetic Talent Associate to come onboard on an initial 6-month long FTC with a primary focus on helping to deliver on our growth targets.\nYou’ll be managing the full recruitment process end to end, supporting hiring managers with decision making and providing genuine consultative advice as a trusted partner. You’ll be working across the organisation on a variety of roles and levels of seniority from Operations to Commercial and Tech. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for that first step in house and wants to build their skills.\nResponsibilities\nEnd-to-End Talent Acquisition\n\nManage full-cycle recruitment for, senior, and specialist roles across technology, product, commercial, and operations (as assigned).\n\nTaking onboard briefings, help to define role requirements, and ensure alignment on selection criteria and best hiring practices.\n\nDrive a high-quality candidate experience from initial engagement through offer and onboarding.\n\nStakeholder Management & Leadership\nBuild strong relationships with Hiring managers.\n\nCoach and guide hiring managers on interview best practice and assessment techniques.\n\nContribute to Talent team initiative and projects.\n\nIdeal Experience\nThis is an ideal role for someone looking to move from agency into a first in house role or has a minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience\n\nProven success recruiting for, technical, and/or commercial roles in a technology or SaaS environment.\n\nHigh standards for assessment quality, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring practices.\n\nStructured, resilient, and able to operate at pace without sacrificing quality.\n\nConsultative mindset with the confidence to challenge and advise.\n\nProactive sourcing capability, including headhunting and building talent pipelines.\n\nComfortable working with a range of stakeholders\n\nA bonus if you have a working knowledge of Ashby our ATS\n\nBenefits\nAs you can see, we are quickly progressing with our ambitious plans and are eager to grow our team of doers to achieve our vision of managing over 2 million properties through our platform across various countries.
