To strengthen our in-house IT team, we’re looking for a part-time IT Administrator (m/f/d) to start immediately (max. 20 hours per week).

Your mission

• Supporting clients and servers as well as installing, replacing, and maintaining hardware
• Installing, configuring, and managing client systems in MacOS or iOS environments and various backend systems
• Installing and administering the network infrastructure
• Performing error analyses and troubleshooting
• Diagnosing and resolving IT problems and supporting users with technical queries

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the administration of common network technologies (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, virtualization)
• Working with MacOS & iOS
• Independent and structured way of working and high quality awareness
• Strong communication skills, helpfulness, and enjoyment of working in a team
• Very good German & English skills

• Experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g., collaborative work platforms)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Workspaces
• Experience with mobile device management solutions (MDM)
• Experience working with Linux or UNIX
