Lead Product Manager

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Product

team in this newly created role, leading the strategy and direction for our

marketer experience across multiple domains.

What will you do?

Reporting to the Product Director, you'll lead product management for our Marketer Experience product area, which consists of multiple domains including loyalty,

messaging and insights. This will involve translating our broader experience-platform vision

into a clear one-to-two-year vision and strategy, while staying close enough

to execution to support your team of 3 Product Owners.

Your work will include:

• Setting direction across multiple product domains,

  and translating that into a strategy your Product Owners can execute

  against

• Leading, coaching and developing your team, uplifting their capability and supporting their career growth
• Building strong working relationships across product, engineering,

  architecture, and adoption teams, and engaging directly with senior client stakeholders

• Guiding workfrom early discovery and scoping through to release,

  and helping shape priorities for the year ahead

• Keeping marketers at the centre of every product decision, helping lift adoption and the value customers get from our platform
• Contributing to Plexure's broader product direction and championing practice improvements

What are we looking for?

• Experienceleading and developing a product team
• A solid product management background working across multiple product domains simultaneously
• Confidence managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
• A track record of balancing longer-term vision and strategy with supporting a team on execution
• Someone open, direct and proactive who genuinely enjoys working in collaborative environments
• Experience working in marketing, martech, loyalty or B2B

  SaaS environments would be a plus!
