of US and European accounts\n\nDrive module expansion using a structured discovery-to-demo process\n\nBuild multi-threaded relationships in every key account — economic buyer, day-to-day contact, and executive sponsor\n\nIdentify and action at-risk accounts early\n\nLead commercial reviews that connect platform value to customer outcomes\n\nDeliver competitive and market intelligence back to the Commercial team\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nNon-negotiables\n\nProven commercial track record — you’ve owned renewals, run expansion motions, and navigated negotiations\n\nCommercially accountable — you take genuine ownership of your portfolio’s performance\n\nExecutive presence — comfortable at GC and C-suite level, invited into strategic conversations\n\nSelf-directed — comfortable operating remotely and autonomously\n\nIdeal but flexible\n\nSaaS or professional services background in Account Management or a commercial role\n\nStructured sales methodology training — Challenger, MEDDIC, or equivalent\n\nExperience with senior legal, procurement, or digital stakeholders in complex enterprise accounts\n\nGenuinely curious about AI and already using it to create leverage — whether
