The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:\n$124,200.00 - $186,400.00Purpose Statement: Support the controller in the management of the site finance team and the achievement of the organizational goals. Successor role to the controller.\nKey Job Accountabilities:\nAs a trusted and valued business partner provide guidance and support on performance, identifying and mitigating risks, while maintaining transparency, open communication, and engagement.\nChallenge the status quo, identify areas for improvement, and understand the financial impact of these changes.\nAnalyze and understand business profitability, prepare forecasts, focus on predictability, and review performance versus expectations, demonstrating creative approaches to financial challenges.\nUnderstand sector and site strategy, financial goals, and objectives, and support efforts to deliver these objectives and goals.\nDevelop a high-performing team, providing regular feedback, and focus on mentoring, personal and career development, succession planning and career mapping.\nResponsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field, or a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. May require previous supervisory experience. A minimum of a(n) Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is required; a(n) Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is preferred\n5 years of related experience is required; In addition, 5 years of progressive direct or indirect leadership of financial professionals is preferred\nAn equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.\nOther Qualifications:\nProficiency in Google Sheets or Excel is required.\nExperience with or expertise in financial systems is strongly preferred.\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.\nExcellent leadership, communication, collaboration and teamwork skills are essential.\nData storytelling and converting data into insights are strongly preferred.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProfessional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level.
