The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:\n$47,500.00 - $71,300.00Purpose Statement: Site expert in the area of Warehousing and Inventory Control and provides effective supervision of assigned inventory control team and processes to meet functional department and customer requirements.\nKey Job Accountabilities:\nResponsible for managing a high level of inventory accuracy for the manufacturing site, ensure schedules are met. Inventory handlers in all areas of responsibility are efficient and effective, and meet SOP, WI, site, and corporate requirements.\nResponsible for maintaining acceptable warehouse metrics in areas assigned.\nLead the identification and propagation of best practices being shared across regions.\nSupervise assigned team in the delivery of effective day-to-day operations. Build individual and team capability through the completion of performance assessments, employee development plans and training.\nResponsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\nA minimum of a High School diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred. \nTwo (2) years of related experience is required; Two (2) or more years of related experience is preferred.\nOther Qualifications:\nIntermediate computer skills.\nExcellent decision making, problem solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nThe employee must be willing to work additional hours from time to time as dictated by business conditions and quarterly sales plans.\nThe employee needs to have a sound understanding of inventory and material control process and have the ability to consistently evaluate process improvement opportunities.\nThe employee must be self-motivated with the ability to follow through on assignments with little to no supervision.\nThe employee must possess the ability to work independently and in a team environment.\nAttention to detail and organizational skills are paramount for the employee to successfully perform in this position.\nThe employee should possess leadership skills as defined by Plexus Corp.\nGeneral office equipment and materials.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProfessional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level.
