Collaboration with other IT personnel, vendors and business personnel to identify and resolve issues as well as provide effort to technology projects that promote the Plexus philosophy and business objectives.\nKey Job Accountabilities:\nSystem Maintenance: Follows established change management policy and procedure to research and recommend new technology, test and implement system updates, modifications or deletions. Works to ensure systems remain healthy and available while delivering flawless execution to common and customized tasks as well as tactical projects.\nSystem Ownership: Own and maintain systems, networks, technologies, inventory or processes that provide a solution to a business function of Plexus. The support of low and moderate complexity and / or common and customized solutions to ensure the availability, integrity, security and recoverability of Plexus data on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis. This includes ticket escalation and resolution; patch management and deployment; performance and availability monitoring; resource capacity and management; upgrade execution; system documentation; installation and configuration. Ensures user satisfaction by resolving basic operational issues regarding area of expertise or assignment, utilizing Plexus policies and/or procedures.\nProject Work: Partner and collaborate with members of global IT including project management, solution management, infrastructure and Engineering Solutions to deploy moderate complexity purchased or developed technologies that support business requirements.\nUser Support: Ensures user satisfaction by resolving common and customized operational issues regarding areas of expertise or assignment, utilizing Plexus policies and/or procedures.\nOperations: Follow and / or enhance policies and procedures that are established to deploy, manage and support systems which provide services to global, regional or local Plexus personnel and/or customer needs.APAC: Assist with infrastructure additions (UPS, CRAC, EMS, Audio Video and network structured cabling).\n\nAll GT team members are responsible for upholding the organization's cybersecurity posture by adhering to security policies and procedures, actively participating in training, protecting data and systems, actively identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, and promptly reporting any suspicious activity or potential security incidents.\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred.
