Their main goal is to optimize production operations, minimize costs, maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.\nKey Job Accountabilities:\nUnderstand overall capacity loading requirements and needs of the factory.\nEstablish and review the production schedule to ensure customer commitments and the needs of Plexus are met.\nMonitor production schedule performance and inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock levels to maintain the production schedule.\nAble to resolve challenges through detailed instruction, policy and procedures.\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred.
