You’ll be empowered to reach your full potential through managing your own personalised development plan and access to our learning and development programs.\nPurpose Statement: The Quality Auditor role identifies and reports discrepancies in the quality management system and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards and internal procedures.\nKey Job Accountabilities:\nVerify compliance with established quality and regulatory requirements at each phase of the manufacturing process according to Process Audit guidelines.\nReport discrepancies detected to responsible staff of task and verify that findings have been addressed.\nRegister audit results in Plexus' system and ensure accuracy of information.\nStop the production line when identifying critical not compliant conditions as defined in the Audit checklist.\nUnderstands and follows Plexus quality policy guidelines, customer specifications and adheres to regulatory compliance.\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\nA minimum of a High School Diploma is required.\n1-2 years of Manufacturing experience preferred.\nOther Qualifications:\nAdvanced reading, writing skills are required.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.\nBasic PC skills are required (i.e., keyboarding skills, basic mouse usage, opening and closing programs and files using MS Windows/Google Workspace) and familiarity with applicable Plexus software packages.\nIndividual will be required to sit or stand for long periods.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for use of computer monitor, keyboard and inspection equipment, and individual must meet the visual acuity requirements.\nAble to maintain a level temperament in a stressful environment.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProfessional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
