The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:\n$79,200.00 - $118,800.00Purpose Statement: The Accountant Sr will support and partner with team members in overseeing, processing and reviewing a variety of information and reports to ensure the accurate financial results and reporting accuracy of assets and liabilities for the organization. Will be involved in financial analysis, reporting, and will have leadership responsibilities.\nKey Job Accountabilities:\nPrepare and complete financial transactions (AR/AP/GL/Fixed Assets/Interco/Address Book/Banking etc.) timely and accurately according to accounting processes and procedures. Respond and resolve operational issues arise and ensure stakeholders' requirements are met.\nAnalyze general ledger accounts for accuracy, extraordinary or unusual items.\nReconcile general ledger accounts to comply with SOX requirements.\nPrepare weekly and month end journal entries to ensure accurate account balances.\nMentor and support accounting resources to ensure global processes are aligned and Plexus policies are followed.\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\n5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
