Manage improvements to meet or exceed expectations of the Plexus System of Operational Excellence.\nMaintain customer relationships and be an escalation path for the manufacturing operations, working directly with Customer Management to manage customer P&L and secure future growth opportunities.\nImplement programs that improve labor efficiency, on-time delivery, continuous quality improvement, and meet other corporate or customer requirements.\nResponsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.
