The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the entire recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, assessing and selecting outstanding candidates, building a network of passive candidates, forming relationships with community and business organizations, and onboarding of new hires. The Talent Acquisition Specialist may also assist with other general HR functions.\nKey Job Accountabilities:\nEffective Partnership: Partner with HR Partners as well as Hiring Leaders to determine hiring and business needs, qualifications and selection criteria. A good business partner listens, learns, and brings forward creative recommendations to help solve talent needs.\nSourcing and Branding: Aggressively network, advertise, and message within various local or global platforms such as LinkedIn to engage passive candidates.\nHiring Excellence: Individually own full cycle recruitment consists of sourcing, phone screening, assessing, selecting, and supporting top talent through their first day. This includes the ability to assess all skills, education, salary requirements, and potential of candidates. Including a clear understanding of each candidates needs to transition to a new role. Participate when needed in formal onsite interviews.\nConsultation: Provide advice and counsel to managers on suitability of candidates to the job, the team and the company. Help all understand we are accountable for improving employee retention through selection best practices.\nBusiness Knowledge: Develop strong knowledge of the Company, its culture, benefits, products and services in order to sell the Company, the job and the career opportunity.\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.\nOther Qualifications:\nPossess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), using appropriate technical language and presentation skills.\nSelf-motivated and aggressive with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.\nMust be able to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow through on commitments.\nStrong organizational and analytical skills needed.\nDemonstrate interpersonal skills needed for working with a variety of people throughout the Company.\nMicrosoft Office or Google Workspace.\nHRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems.\nGeneral office equipment and materials.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProfessional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
