If you are outgoing, love to talk to prospects to schedule appointments and are looking for an exciting adventure with Europe's leading digital credit card provider, you are the perfect candidate we are searching for!\nThis role will be based in Berlin at our HQ where we have a hybrid work policy.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nDrive Top-of-Funnel: Own the outbound engine for Pliant in DACH. You will hunt for new business through high-volume cold calling, strategic emailing, and social selling.\n\nMaster the Discovery: Go beyond setting meetings. You will lead initial discovery calls with finance leaders to qualify pain points and build a business case for Pliant’s modular platform.\n\nPartner with Sales Leadership: Work directly with our Sales Leadership to refine outbound strategies and A/B test messaging that resonates with the DACH market.\n\nRepresent Pliant: Act as the first point of contact for our brand, articulating our value proposition with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.\n\nNurturing relationships with prospects until they are ready to move further down the sales funnel\n\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and knowledge of the company's products and services as relevant to the market\n\nWHAT YOU WILL BRING\nProven Track Record: At least 1 year of experience in a BDR/SDR role (preferably in SaaS or Fintech) with documented success in exceeding monthly or quarterly activity and pipeline targets.\n\nStrategic Prospecting: You don't just \"blast\" emails; you research prospects, identify triggers, and craft personalized messages that cut through the noise.\n\nUrgency & Intensity: You thrive in a high-activity environment.
