Crucially, you will also receive valuable experience in post-production editing for both photo and video, providing an essential end-to-end understanding of how raw media is transformed into professional, client-ready visual content.\n\n-----\n\nJob Overview\n\nDepartment: Social Media Team\n\nJob Type: Internship\n\nJob Mode: Hybrid (12 days monthly in office)\n\nWorking Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays\n\nWorking Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM\n\nWorking Location (if required to be in office): Cheras Business Centre, Kuala Lumpur\n\n-----\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport the entire photo and video production process by assisting with on-site media capture for both internal and client projects.\n\nGain hands-on experience in post-production by assisting with photo editing and video editing to produce dynamic, high-quality visual content.\n\nDesign and create eye-catching social media graphics (including posts, banners, and ads) that effectively convey brand messages and engage the target audience.\n\nSource, adapt, and manipulate high-quality images and videos, ensuring visual optimization for various platform formats and viewing environments (mobile/desktop).\n\nParticipate actively in ideation and conceptualization sessions to contribute innovative ideas for visual content and social media presence.\n\nCollaborate with the Social Media Team to ensure all content is visually appealing, on-brand, and supports a cohesive brand identity across channels.\n\nAssist with content planning and scheduling to ensure the timely and relevant delivery of visuals for campaigns and promotions.\n\nStay current with design and video editing trends and social media best practices to continually enhance content creation.\n\nSupport the team by occasionally assisting with communication or follow-up regarding client content requirements and direction.\n\nContribute to the team's learning cycle by assisting with monitoring and analysis of visual content performance to inform future design strategies.\n\nRequirements\n\nBasic skills in photography, videography, graphic design, photo editing, and video editing are required; proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a strong advantage.\n\nOpen to candidates with no prior experience; hands-on experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu/Rednote) is a significant advantage.\n\nMinimum SPM certification; current enrollment or background in Arts, Creative, Graphics Design, or Media is a plus.\n\nHigh creativity, keen eye for design, strong communication and collaborative skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while meeting deadlines.\n\nWillingness to travel outstation and overseas (e.g., Singapore) is preferred.\n\nProficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
