Your passion for digital ads, combined with a balance of analytical curiosity and visual execution, will help drive client campaign success.\n\n-----\n\nJob Overview\n\nDepartment: Social Media Team\n\nJob Type: Internship\n\nJob Mode: Hybrid (12 days monthly in office)\n\nWorking Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays\n\nWorking Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM\n\nWorking Location (if required to be in office): Cheras Business Centre, Kuala Lumpur\n\n-----\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAssist in setting up, launching, and managing paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).\n\nParticipate in campaign strategy sessions, contributing fresh ideas for ad concepts, creative angles, and targeting approaches.\n\nHelp prepare ad strategies, performance slides, and data insights for client presentations and reviews.\n\nAssist in daily monitoring of ad performance metrics, learning how to execute optimizations in targeting, bidding, and budget pacing.\n\nHelp gather campaign metrics and draft weekly/monthly performance reports to track conversion metrics and extract actionable insights.\n\nConduct competitor and market research to identify ad creative trends, hooks, and industry best practices.\n\nAssist in designing and adapting visual ad creatives (static graphics and simple video edits) optimized for performance testing and conversion.\n\nHelp write conversion-focused ad copy tailored to specific target audiences and campaign goals.\n\nWork closely with senior team members to understand client KPIs and assist in carrying out project deliverables smoothly.\n\nSupport team communication regarding campaign progress, assisting in keeping account performance records organized and up to date.\n\nRequirements\n\nFoundational interest and understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising concepts, and digital platforms.\n\nMinimum SPM holder; current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications is a plus.\n\nBasic working knowledge of design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro) to generate basic ad visuals.\n\nStrong willingness to learn, high attention to detail, and comfort working with basic data and metrics.\n\nCreative mindset paired with strong organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.\n\nProficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
