Behind the scenes, we power over 5 billion API calls a month and reach more than 150 million users and are growing fast internationally.\nWe're fast-moving, well-funded, obsessed with craft and allergic to the generic.\nThe Role\nPlotline is hiring a GTM Engineer to build the automated systems that generate and convert pipeline for the India revenue team. You will turn manual sales work into scalable workflows, so reps spend their time on conversations and deals.\n1. Build the Pipeline Engine\nBuild outbound workflows: prospecting, enrichment waterfalls, scoring and sequencing.\n\nAutomate lead routing, handoffs and follow-ups between BDRs, AEs and marketing.\n\nPrototype AI-assisted research and personalization, then test and tune what works.\n\n2. Own the GTM Stack\nOwn CRM architecture, integrations and automations across enrichment, sequencing and billing tools.\n\nKeep data clean with validation, dedupe and enrichment rules.\n\nEvaluate and implement new tools, APIs and data sources.\n\n3.
